Greetings, true believers!! Welcome to the Comicazi web page. Here's a little background info for those of you that are students of history. Or just like fairy tales.

Eleven from a score of years ago was Comicazi brought into being. But as you may be reading this next year or even a decade hence, I shall provide you with an exact date of opening. The year was 2000 although Comicazi's origins were born a good year or so previous.

The principals of this tale are Mike, Bob, and Dave. Mike and Bob worked together in the comics retail industry and Dave was a patron of said establishment. All were friends and when they put their heads together, the idea for Comicazi was born. Mike has been a lifelong fan of comic books. Well the bulk of his life actually. He wasn't reading at 2 but Spider-Man helped him open the vistas of the printed word a mere 2 years later. Bob is also a long-time comic book fan but also harbors a great passion for related toys and action figures, the classic Mego line of the 70's being a personal favorite. Dave, too, has great love for toys and action figures and science fiction in general, Star Wars in particular. He used to have a science fiction toy website and in his spare time from having a "real" job would peddle the future to people around the globe.

This site is what Dave brought to the Comicazi inception and its current incarnation is what you see before you. It has had several versions through the years of Comicazi's operation but we're thinking this one might be the grooviest.

Comicazi started as the brainchild of 3 friends with a great love and knowledge for the medium of comics and toys. It has weathered many storms but stood tall throughout, boasting 2 locations. Mike, Bob, and Dave are there still and can be found most days behind the counter selling, trading, and talking about their passions. Many others have aided them in this endeavor and not nearly enough thanks could be expressed for their help and passion for the genre but are greatly appreciated nonetheless. These individuals are still with Comicazi to this day despite some's geography. That's what the guys strive for at Comicazi....a sense of community within the hallowed halls of comicdom.

So, whether you're a returning collector, a burgeoning new fan, or just wish to take a nostalgic walk through the past, come down to either Comicazi location. You'll be amazed.
